Insurance
Services may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my plan reimburse for out of network providers
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Hours
- Monday thru Thursday 9am to 5pm
- Fridays – closed
- Calls returned as soon as possible or after 6pm Monday-Thursday
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours advanced notification if you need to cancel a session. For cancellations of less than 24 hours notice, I charge a $50 cancellation fee.
